St. Jude Heritage HealthCare, part of the St. Jude Medical Center and the St. Joseph Health System, has an immediate opening for a full time Orthopedic Technician for our office in Fullerton.
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, must be certified by the National Association of Orthopedic Technicians NAOT/NBCOT.
One year minimum in an orthopedic setting working directly in the treatment of the orthopedic patients.
Experience in an Orthopedic Surgical unit and/or orthopedic surgeon*s office in casting or splinting.

In Mesa, AZ
Banner Health is looking for an Orthopedic Technologist (preferably experienced or new certified grads welcome) for our Pediatric Orthopedic Office in Mesa, AZ. This is a full time (40 hours), benefited position working for the Banner health system. The candidate must be experienced in the application and removal of all types of extremity casts, and Hip Spica's when needed. This also includes removing sutures, staples, and dressing care and removal of steinman pins. Application and removal of braces and orthopedic devices is necessary. Candidate must be able to obtain patient medical histories, and prepare patient information for the doctor, including x-rays, op reports, etc. Candidates will need to order DME and casting supplies, and will need to stock patient exam rooms when needed.
