Phoenix 2001

The N.A.O.T. 19th. Annual Clinical Symposium was an outstanding meeting. The temperatures were running in the upper 90's and low 100's BUT IT WAS A DRY HEAT.
The N.A.O.T. Vice President, Jack Hart, OTC and Secretary, Phelo Keller, OT-SC were both re-elected to their respective offices by a unanimous vote from the assembled membership.

The educational opportunities were awesome. All the Lecturers were great and a big thank-you goes out to them for sacrificing their personal time to come and impart their wisdom to us, most were from out of town. The vendors were there in full force. Thanks for your support, we couldn't have done it without you!
The 3M Closing Banquet, as usual, was the Crown Jewel of the Symposium. Everyone turned out to listen to 4 time Olympic Gold Medallist and accomplished motivational speaker John Nabor. His message was "Going for the Gold", making your dreams come true. It was an exceptional speech. The food was excellent but the company was better.
Once again it was both an honor and a privilege to attend the Symposium and represent the A.O.T.C. and to be a part of the process. Thank-you for the opportunity to represent you.
Those of you that missed this meeting should start making your plans to attend the 20th. Annual Clinical Symposium over in the Virginia / Washington D.C. area. It will be a Spectacular Symposium indeed. Watch your newsletters for more information and updates.

	John Nabor, four time olympic gold medal winner and motivational speaker entertained a packed house for 45 minutes. The topic was "Going for the Gold" , making your dreams come true.
